of dentist wearing double masks and of different language

What does it means when a dentist wears two masks? This question is dedicated to all patients in the world. =p
Actually it simply means that you have very bad mouth odour that one mask is not adequate to prevent your mouth odour!! So patients outside, please be aware of your mouth odour. Keep good oral hygiene please! Brush your teeth 3 times daily and of course before seeing the dentist! heheh..especially me!

And one thing about different language we speak here. Malay language is my mother tongue. Even english cant suits me well. And what about arabic language?
I speak kinda poor arabic.
Today, i'm rushig all the way to examine the patient, to finish treatment early. So one of my question for him :
'mata nuballish dakhan?'
It means : Bila kami mula merokok?
Sepatutnya : 'mata tuballish dakhan?' or 'kam muddah' - maksudnya bila awak start merokok ataupun berapa lama dah merokok.
What the...malu kaan?! Habis kene gelak ngan patient..hm, so what! Itula tak asah bahasa arab, dan gopoh sangat.
I'm trying to be more patient and work efficiently and not too rushing.
