tagging oncall

1st time aku tagging oncall...agak kecuakan kerna sebelum ni aku de tgk video2 maxilllofacial injury, muka hancur, koyak rabak..di komputer pun aku takut tengok, apatah lagi dengan mata kasar...so, 1st case, aku dapat, awal febuary. 10 malam. otw ke casualty(emergency), terketar2 jalan sebab nervous tengok ambulans neno2, orang ramai kumpul kat luar..oh my, please janganlah MVA(motor vehicle accident) case! then aku terjatuh sikit, haha..tempat tu gelap. seb baik xde org tengok, aku gelakkan diri sendiri aje. nervous beb!

rupanya baby jatuh, ade hematoma sikit aje, no active bleeding. no LOC(loss of conciousness) , no giddiness, no ENT ( ear nose throat) bleeding. only STI (soft tissue injury). so prescribed syrup paracethamol 120mg. only.

2nd case was, at 630pm, a 13/m/ male pedestrian was hit by a motorbike (MB). sustained fibula fracture, LOC, but regained consciousness after some time.sustained left facial swelling and L/W (laceration wound) at left buccal mucosa.

done : T & S (toilet n suturing).

imp (important) : suspected left zygomatic bone fracture, need further investigation.

3rd case, budak jatuh beskal. haih...gigi avulsed, tinggal kt rumah - unable to relocate teeth as teeth was left at home. (saying goodbye to gigi depan duuuh!). sustained STI , T & S done.

4th case, 89/m/male MVA case ( motorbike vs lorry). L/W at lower lip, T & S done. abrasion wound at nose.

5th case aku kt border line. pt (patient) tgh admit, still at A & E (admittance and emergency? not sure) aku tau die tgh admit kul 650am. aku punye tagging habeskul 7. so...lama sangat admitnye, aku pun dah kene balik KL, so pass tu fydo yg tagging kul 7 am hrtu....weweeee

bes gak tagging oncall..menjadikan aku lebih bersedia dan tenang dalam bekerja. sepanjang week oncall,senior aku memang takbley tido sgt. aku? tidoooo sedap ajor, kah3...langsung tak terasa yang aku oncall! betapa nikmatnya jadi fydo, tak rasa ada tanggungjawab, but still berpeluang belajar dengan tagging! berpeluang merasai experience without responsibility. takde responsibility tu yang paling mahal sekali!

kenape ye, aku dapat rasa yang ada senior bangsa berlainan yang double standard kt aku? kalo aku tanya, malas nak jawab, malas nak ajar, tapi bila aku buat silap, sukanya dia nak marah. takperlu bias kaum boleh tak? jahat dibalas jahat, jangan lupa tu!
